Ranch Creek Mission Statement
Our mission at Ranch Creek Elementary School, a collaborative International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, is to educate every child, equip them for life-long learning, and empower active, responsible global citizens, in a safe and nurturing environment, by challenging students to strive for academic excellence as inquiring, creative, and reflective thinkers.
About Our Program
Ranch Creek Elementary is an International Baccalaureate World School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in preschool through fifth grade. The IB program represents our school’s philosophy and commitment to a challenging, international education that supports the whole child in a safe and supportive environment. We honor individual success for learners with a wide diversity of styles and needs, and we seek to engage the whole community in fostering life-long learning. Our library, the center of our school, has been granted the Highly Effective School Library Program status by the Colorado Department of Education since 2009. Up-to-date interactive technology tools support learning in every classroom throughout Ranch Creek. All students receive rigorous Spanish language instruction, and a Spanish language immersion program is an option for first through fifth graders.
